Ingredients:
- One apple
- Ground cinnamon
- Granulated white sugar
- Knives (1 short, 1 long, both sharp)
Preparation:
Core the apple with the shorter knife, one end at a time. This is hard to do well with a knife, so if you have an apple corer that does NOT slice the apple you can use that.
Slice the apple thinly to make rings out of the apple. These rings should be as thin as possible.
Mix in your cinnamon container 1 part round cinnamon to 2 parts granulated sugar. Shake this mixture well. Coat your apple rings with your cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
